The following information will help to guide you through the process for enrolling for St Mary's.

Information for enrolling as an international student can be found here.

Information for enrolling your son for The Peter Arney Centre for Early Learning can be found here.

Intake years

Our levels of entry until 2010 are Kindergarten, Year 5 and Year 7 in the Junior School and Year 8 in the Senior School.

From 2011 our Year 7 students will move to the Senior School and this will be the major intake year into the Senior School. Boarding students will have the option of entering the Senior School in Year 7 or Year 8. Levels of entry in the Junior School will be Kindergarten, Year 3 or Year 6.

Enrolling your daughter

To enrol your daughter for St Mary's please complete our Application for Enrolment Form and return this to us along with the Application Fee ($110).

Your daughter will then be placed on a progressive waiting list. Applications are processed in date order, with places allocated to boarders, siblings of current students and daughters of Old Girls first. As demand for places is very keen we advise that you register your interest well in advance of your daughter's expected entry year.

Please note that enrolling your daughter at St Mary's does not automatically guarantee a place at the school.

Confirmation of a place

Approximately two years in advance of your daughter's entry year there is a family interview with the Principal. Following this, formal offers of places are made.

Parents are asked to confirm their acceptance of a place by paying a non-refundable Endowment Fee. The Endowment Fee reserves a definite place for your daughter in the nominated year. More information about the Endowment Fee can be found in the
Application for Enrolment Form

Acceptance of a place in Kindergarten or Pre-primary secures your daughter a place in Year 1 and beyond at St Mary's.
