St Mary's Anglican Girls' School is an approved school to accept Full Fee Paying Overseas Students. Each year we welcome girls from countries all over the world, including Singapore, Malaysia, Hong Kong and Thailand. St Mary's presently has twenty overseas students who are boarders.
International students live in Anne Symington House with boarders from across Western Australia. The Head of Boarding, her staff, and the school's Pastoral Care staff care for your daughter whilst she is at school.
The school's International Student Co-ordinator works with the International Student Group on a range of activities including the organisation of the annual Harmony Day, a Multicultural Food Fair and a Multicultural Assembly. There are also opportunities for St Mary's international students to meet with international students from other Perth schools.
If English is not your daughter's first language we will ask her to take a test with the Australian Education Assessment Services. We may also request that she complete an intensive English Language course before commencing at St Mary's.
St Mary's offers an English as an Additional Language course to those students whose first language is not English throughout Years 8 to 12.
To enrol your daughter at St Mary's please complete our Application for Enrolment Form and return this to us along with the application fee ($110). Please also include a copy of your daughter's latest school report, passport and, if applicable, visa details.
St Mary's is located in the northern suburb of Karrinyup, close to some of the city's finest beaches. More information on studying and living in Perth can be found here.
