We are seeking a Home Economics Assistant to work as part of a team of technicians to assist in the preparation of practical work for academic staff within the Home Economics department.
The successful candidate should have a keen interest in food and the ability to prepare recipes, a wide knowledge of ingredients used in the kitchen, the ability to use and maintain a sewing machine, as well as excellent communication, organisational and problem solving skills.
