IGSSA team training

Monday 6.30am to 8.00am.

Tuesday 6.30am to 8.00am.

Wednesday 5.30am to 7.00am.

Thursday 6.30am to 8.00am.

 

Please remember:

-  Drink lots of water - especially on training days
-  Be 15 minutes early to each session to stretch
- Training over winter is the key to being fast next year
- Swimmers need to be good at time management
