The beginning of lasting Links

It was a special day in the Senior School today, as our Year 7 students met their Link groups for the first time.

The Year 7s enjoyed some fun activities set up by our Link teachers and the older girls, which helped them to familiarise themselves with the groups that they will remain with for the rest of their time at St Mary’s.

These Link groups, which are an important component of our Student Wellbeing program, provide a sense of belonging and support for our girls.

Their vertical system, where students interact with peers from older year groups, encourages mentorship, which results in older students guiding and inspiring younger ones throughout their schooling journey.
