Senior School Holiday Swim Training
Training will continue through the Summer Holidays and is scheduled to run on Mondays, Wednesdays and Thursdays, at 6.30am to 8.00am. We will take a break from 20 December – 2 January.
It is expected that our swimming students who need/want fitness training, technique and skills, will attend these sessions. Mr Ian Mills and our other St Mary’s coaches will be there for the girls for the whole season. We look forward to seeing many of you there. This is for St Mary’s Senior School students only.
Extra training is available through our North Coast Swim Club. Please contact firstname.lastname@example.org for those sessions.
Drink lots of water - especially on training days
Be 15 minutes early to each session to stretch
