Senior School Swim Training
Training will re-commence on Wednesday 3 January 2018. All sessions in January will run from 6.30am to 8.00am.
It is expected that our swimming students who need/want fitness training, technique and skills, will attend these sessions. Mr Grant Stoelwinder and our other St Mary’s coaches will be there for the girls for the whole season. We look forward to seeing many of you there. This is for St Mary’s students only.
Extra training is available through our North Coast Swim Club. Please contact email@example.com for those sessions.
- Drink lots of water - especially on training days
- Be 15 minutes early to each session to stretch
- Swimmers need to be good at time management
