Senior School Term Two Swim Training
The Prime Minister has announced that soon swimming pools may again be allowed to resume limited operations. Please be assured that we are doing our best to return to a limited form of training as early as is responsibly practical. However, also be assured that we do not intend to rush this process and make a mistake that compromises the restrictions of operation and the wellbeing of all involved. At this point, the IGSSA Squad Training Program is unavailable for Term 2 due to pool maintenance and COVID-19 restrictions.
Once restrictions allow, it is expected that our swimming students who need/want fitness training, technique and skills, will attend these sessions. Mr Ian Mills and our other St Mary’s coaches will be there for the girls for the whole season. We look forward to seeing many of you there. This is for St Mary’s Senior School students only.
Extra training is available through our North Coast Swim Club. Please contact firstname.lastname@example.org for those sessions.
- Drink lots of water - especially on training days
- Be 15 minutes early to each session to stretch
- Swimmers need to be good at time management
